NSWBGA team for Federation Week on the Gold Coast 2023

Federation Week is held every three years and is a great opportunity for the States and Territories to come together for a great week of bowls, education and comradery

Federation Week, Adelaide, SA 2026

This year is FEDERATION year hosted by South Australia in Adelaide from May 3rd to 7th.

The NSW Bowling Greenkeepers will head to Adelaide for an epic week of bowls and industry events.

The week includes:

• Bowls matches – test series and Australian championships
• Educational Seminars and sponsor presentations
• Bus transfers
• Lunch and dinner daily.

Federation year was held in Queensland on the Gold Coast, April 29th-May 4th.

Federation Week on the Gold Coast, originally planned for May 2020 was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Federation Week 2017

Thanks to the 28 NSWBGA Greenies who attended a great Federation Week in Melbourne for 2017. Our hosts, the Victorian Greenkeepers Association, put on an entertaining and educational program. Highlights included a tour of the MCG,  Yarra River Cruise, National Championships and test matches. Thanks to the Vic Greenies for a great week.
